Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-12 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over CA$60. Orders under CA$60 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Pawtials.
