Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@pawtials.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, opened, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
